FERRETS AND CANINE DISTEMPER
Ferrets are highly susceptible to canine distemper which is almost always fatal. Both pet and working ferrets can be at risk.
We strongly recommend that you discuss vaccination against this dreadful disease with your veterinary surgeon.

You can provide an annual veterinary check up and vaccination for your ferret for life at VETS4PETS conveniently located just outside Redditch at Lodge Park. The scheme costs £70 inclusive of vat when you pay for the first vaccination, currently costing £24.50. That may seem expensive but if your ferret lives an average lifespan of eight to ten years you can easily see that there are substantial savings to be made.
